As a 2-year-old at the Deary Ranch, Magnums Little Dream (Magnum Chic Dream x Dainty Little Step) wasn’t quite ready to advance to competition.
He made his way to Heritage Ranch, where NRHA Professional Preston Kent was training at the time.
The colt was a year behind in training by the time Kent got him, so he brought the colt along a bit slower than most.

Preston scored a 221 on Magnums Little Dream at the TKO in the 2nd slate of the Novice Horse Open L2 and L3, making him Reserve Champion. He was also 10th in the Open. Together, they brought home over $5,800! Rodney’s LTE now exceed $30k. Congrats to owners, Silver Summit Horses!

Preston and Einsteins Whiz Kid were Reserve Champions in the Open Stakes Lvl 2 at Reining By The Bay! They also scored a 73.5 in the Open Slate 1 earlier in the week, landing them in 2nd place. They brought home a nice check from both classes. Congratulations to owners, Staghead Ranch!
